NORTHERN CULINARY ENHANCEMENT During the trip, you’ll be accompanied by haute expedition cuisine with a specially designed menu. We love spoiling our guests with gourmet meals and believe that journey through the senses with culinary experiences is a separate part of every trip. Therefore, the menu in MAMONT CAMP is always created by top chefs of the best restaurants in the country. Thrice a day you will be served with gourmet meals with locally-sourced ingredients, accompanied by a high-quality row vodka MAMONT or it could be used as a base to cocktails. There are arctic char tataki with shiso sause and herby green butter, deer heart pate, deer tartare and steak, a soup made of five fish species and arctic char with artichokes in the menu. For dessert there are melting crème brûlée and panna cotta with pine nuts. It’s a rare opportunity to get a taste for Northern cuisine as it is.
